Meet Our Executives

Founder and CEO – Emnet Menyahil

Ms. Menyahil has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and a Master of Science in IT Program Management.  Ms. Menyahil is a senior IT Program Executive with over 15 years of experience combining program management with the creativity and technical experience of designing, developing and deploying complex technological solutions. Federal and commercial clients include NIST, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Ms. Menyahil has led and managed several application re-platforming efforts with business process improvements and transformations. Her responsibilities also include establishing core governance functions for full program transparency while executing on organization’s strategic vision and providing project management, program financial management and strategic portfolio management support.

Founder and COO – Yared Mezlekia

Mr. Yared Mezlekia has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and a dual MBA in Financial Management and Technology Management from the University of Maryland.  Mr. Mezlekia has over 15 years of experience in IT Program Management supporting large federal and commercial organizations including Lockheed Martin Corporation and GSA.

Mr. Mezlekia served the role of Program Controller responsible for managing the performance of multiple Task Orders associated with IT Applications Maintenance and Enhancements. Mr. Yared successfully monitored and controlled schedule, cost, scope, risk, quality and deliverables within the Integrated Product Framework and through an ANSI 748 EVMS implementation.
